Evangelion 1.11/GitS 2.0

Wow, just watched this on Bluray last night and it was awesome. Can't wait for the next release. Anyone else seen it? The animation was fantastic.

I also watched Ghost in the Shell 2.0 and was really disappointed with the way they used 3D CGI in the new version... it looks completely out of place, like 2 movies edited into one!

How did you find it? I haven't watched it, but like many people, I was a fan of the original Neon Genesis Evangelion series waaaaaaay back in the day. Did you see NGE? If so, how did this compare?

Sad to hear GITS 2.0 was a disappointment.
