Impressions on Japanese culture Empty
PostSubject: Impressions on Japanese culture   Impressions on Japanese culture EmptyTue Aug 03, 2010 3:03 pm

Hi all,

I'm busy collecting information from various people about Japan and what idea they have of the country, as part of a personal project.

It can be any subject. For instance, people usually associate Japan with discipline, (horrible) J-pop, extreme politeness, crummy website design alongside an elegant sense of aesthetics, workaholics, milenar traditions, manga, anime & cosplay, etc.

I'd really appreciate if you could give me YOUR perception of Japan, or what you expect to find when you visit/live there.

I'm currently asking mostly those who have never been to the country, but feel free to post if you've already been to it.

Domo!
